편안한 숙박
깔끔하고 좋은 숙소였어요. 아파트지만 리셉션(?)역할을 하는 오피스가 별도의 건물에 있어서 체크아웃 후에도 짐을 맡길 수 있었어요. 매일 타월 교체나 방 청소를 받을 수 있는 게 장점이에요. 건물 내에 엘리베이터도 있고 세탁기도 무료로 이용 가능합니다. 단점이라면 방이 넓지는 않아요. 특히 화장실 많이 좁고 수납공간이 적어요. 그리고 역과의 거리가 가깝다고 할 수 있지는 않아요. 관광이 목적이신 분들은 좀 생각해보셔야 할 것 같아요.

Quaint, comfy property in a nice area, well-situated near Tube stations, good restaurants, and just a short walk to pretty walking trails along the Thames.

Loved being in the heart of the neighborhood and away from the typical tourist destinations. Everything around the place was neighborhood focused. Would stay again when I am back in London.

This was a great property! I feel like it is a cross between a hostel, hotel, and airbnb. It felt very homey with a very comfy bed and kitchenette. There was no coffeemaker but otherwise well equipped to make simple meals. It was 8 minutes walk from transit but felt like a quiet neighborhood, so the best of both worlds!

アパートへのチェックインは少の向かい側の事務所で行います。そこで入室に必要なコードを教えて貰います。事前にコードがメールで来るとの口コミもありますが私には来ませんでした。room 6 に3泊しました。確かに清掃がプロのそれとは違い完璧とは行かないのは多少気になるところです。冷蔵庫の中とか便器の隅、バスルームの端など気になるかたはいるでしよう。壁のクロスも所々が汚れています。 ベッドはマット、ドュベ、ピローともに高級で気持ちよく休めます。キッチンは電気コンロ、レンジ、冷蔵庫がありますし一通りの物が備わっていますが調味料は紙パッケージの塩、胡椒のみです。フリーズドライのコーヒーとティー、砂糖は常備されてます。 シャワーの水勢は十分ですがバスルーム自体は狭くミニマムです。トイレットペーパーホルダーがないのも不便さんを感じました。 ハマースミスは過ごし安く安心して宿泊できます。

The room we stayed in was lovely. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Peaceful surroundings and a lovely little garden. Would definitely stay again.

Ich hatte ein tolles und modernes Apartment mit "Miniterasse". Zugangscodes wurden mir auf der anderen Straßenseite ausgehändigt. Schöne ruhige, aber gleichzeitig zentrale Lage in Hammersmith mit gegenüberliegendem Pub. Check-Out war erst um 11.00 Uhr. Absolut top und empfehlenswert.

I use to live in London so I roughly knew the area I picked to stay. I mentioned the shower leaking, inability to raise the blind etc - fixed within 24 hours. It was lovely to have clean towels daily etc. Like most of the UK - there is no air conditioning. Unfortunately it was stifling in a heat wave. Make up melted off while trying to put it on. Was great to have a kitchenette etc. There are stairs up to the front door (approx 8-10) and although lift inside there is also approx 2 stairs to the lift etc. Was a handy spot to stay as a single female. I felt safe walking to and from the Tube during the day and at night.

The property is close to the Hammersmith tube station so it's very accessible--about ten stops from Heathrow. The room was clean and well-appointed. It's on the small side, but that's normal for a room in London. We were welcomed and our presence felt appreciated. We highly recommend this small and friendly hotel.

Extremely happy with the room, the access and communication was amazing throughout the whole time. The only thing I would like to highlight for room 11 is I think that the kitchen sink could use some drain cleaner as there was a slight odor coming from the sink.

Room was clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Great location and super quiet. Backyard garden really nice for hanging out in afternoon. Detractors: Bathroom was super tight. Toilet right up against the sink - uncomfortable. Water was scalding hot. Dangerously so. Need to dial that back a bit. No light in ground floor hallway made keying in security code in room 1 challenging. Keys or key card would be preferable and more secure. Little confusing with checkin and rooms at separate addresses. Tight stairs a bit of a challenge for elderly guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at room2 Hammersmith. The property is very clean with modern decor. It is located on a quiet, tree-lined street, within a short walk to Hammersmith Tube station. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

Great little find - 100% stay again
Lovely stay, 5 minute walk from tube station, street food and pubs. Apartment was lovely, we opted for the large and was a good size for both of us and it’s so well decorated. Easy for check in and check out. The only upgrade I’d ask for is a newer TV, as our iPhones wouldn’t screen share and the TV didn’t have Netflix. (This is only me being fussy) as everything else was brilliant.

A huge disappointment
It is our fifth time in this property, and this has been a very big disappointment this time. We arrived late at night and found out the shower was flooded with water. We spent a lot of time mopping the shower from water. They didn't leave us, as promised, the welcome letter with the wifi password, so we had to pay for data. Also, the kitchen missed mixing bowls, and the kettle was dirty. The office is closed at night so we didn't have anyone to talk with. The next day, after talking with an agent, the things were taken care of. We asked for a compensation for the first night, but according to hotels.com, the property stated that things were taken care of instantly, which isn't true. A shame. We loved this place but will not come back, if that is there response.

出張で28泊。インテリアは可愛く、ベッドが快適で、最寄駅にはスーパーもあり生活しやすいですが、次回は泊まらない。 過去のクチコミに、「Largeの部屋だったが通りから部屋が丸見えだった」とあり、ホテル側は「事前にUperlevelをリクエストしてくれ」とあったので、事前にUperlevelをリクエストしたが、結局、通りから部屋が丸見えの部屋だった。 毎日ハウスキーピングと概要に記載はあるが、掃除は週1程度。シャワールームに黒カビがあり、そのうち掃除してくれると思ったが、10日経っても黒カビが放置されていたことから、メールで掃除をリクエストした。当日、部屋に帰ると塩素の匂いがして、黒カビ掃除をした形跡があったが、完全には黒カビは取れていなかった。数日後、シャワーのパッキンごと張り替えられており、黒カビはなくなっていた。 28泊もするのに、トイレットペーパーが全く補充されないので、この点もリクエストしたら、 補充されるようになった。 途中でハンドソープが切れたが、リクエストするのが面倒になったので、ボディソープで手を洗った。 レイトチェックアウトできると思っていたが、結局レイトチェックアウト出来なかったみたいで、「あと10分で次の客が来るから出て行ってくれ」と電話があった。電話があった時はすでに部屋を出た後だったが、衛生対策には、チェックアウトから次の客が入室するまで24時間以上間隔をあけていると記載している。衛生対策の記載は修正すべき。 サービス内容からしても料金は割高。

Das room2 liegt in einer schönen Wohngegend nicht weit der Hammersmith Station entfernt. Wir hatten einen kleinen Raum gemietet, welcher für ein paar Nächte völlig ausereichend ist. Der Raum war praktikabel ausgestattet und zugleich wohnlich. Es gab alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht und die kleine Küchenzeile war top. Das Bett und die Kissen waren super bequem und dank dem großen Fenster war der Raum schön hell und belüftet. Wir fahren gerne wieder hin und empfehlen das hometel für den nächsten Londontrip.

Maintenance fixed broken light switch really quickly. I really enjoyed the safety of the area and how close the tube and several restaurants were. My only complaint is that the room could have used a bit of a vacuum; otherwise everything was very clean and exactly what I needed for my trip.

Comfortable and cute
room2 in Hammersmith was a really comfortable place to stay. There was lots of attention to detail throughout the experience, such as a welcome envelope, a radio with Bluetooth speaker functionality to play your own music, and I loved the fact that they have Malin + Goetz in the bathroom. The only (very minor) downsides were the slightly stale smell of the room, and the fact that the TV only seemed compatible with Android devices for screen mirroring.
