It is our fifth time in this property, and this has been a very big disappointment this time. We arrived late at night and found out the shower was flooded with water. We spent a lot of time mopping the shower from water.
They didn't leave us, as promised, the welcome letter with the wifi password, so we had to pay for data.
Also, the kitchen missed mixing bowls, and the kettle was dirty.
The office is closed at night so we didn't have anyone to talk with.
The next day, after talking with an agent, the things were taken care of.
We asked for a compensation for the first night, but according to hotels.com, the property stated that things were taken care of instantly, which isn't true.
A shame. We loved this place but will not come back, if that is there response.
