In order to receive a star rating, hotels must provide certain services such as a restaurant or room service. But to keep costs down for our guests, we deliberately don't have all the traditional features of a hotel. Instead, we focus on central locations, characterful design and high-quality facilities to provide top-notch comfort with a touch of luxury. Unfortunately, this means that we don't fit neatly into a star category, and we're sorry if your stay wasn't what you expected.Our room rates depend on the type of room you choose, when you stay and how far in advance you book. For example, at busy times of the year, our rates may be higher than usual - in line with other hotels in London. And if you book at the last minute, our cheaper rooms may already be taken. However, we still believe that we offer better value for money than other hotels in the same price range, thanks to the philosophy that we follow.We hope you will give us a second chance in the future to convince you of our approach.
