Avoid disappointment and book elsewhere!!!
My hotel location was moved to another one of their hotels and we only found out on arrival! We then waited for an hour, outside, in the cold, for the keys to be handed over at the new location. Not to mention the shared bathroom and kitchen was not to the cleanest of standards. No compensation or good will gesture was offered when I called them; simply told to book again then ask the key handover staff for a discount. Haha; this hotel will never see my money again and my advice is to avoid this unorganised hotel.

Kindly refund my money because when I went there no body there no body waiting me then l book a nother property then they tell me that not alow to my son to stay because he is 8 years although they didn’t telling me about it before kindly refund my money

It’s a council flat not a deluxe room as advertised. No heating or hot water, no tv in room and had to use A small mirror from bathroom to use between us. The guy said they were going to send a cleaner but no I’m no one came to even help us out even to sort the heating and hot water out. Worst stay of my life and there was no number given on booking .. I expected a hotel experience not a crap Airbnb experience.
