“Number 8 in Derry has been our favorite place to stay in our 2 week trip exploring Ireland. It had the most comfy beds of our whole trip. The house was built in 17… (1762, if memory serves) and retains its character while having been updated with modern amenities.
Staff was wonderful to chat with at breakfast in the dining room.
Located just inside the city walls, Number 8 is steeped in rich history.
We’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Wish we’d stayed a few more nights!”

“Loved the area, it was very walkable. The room was clean and a good size. Appreciated the free parking option but it was a little difficult carting 4 bags of luggage from parking to the room, then up the stairs.”
