“Kieran, the owner of the property is amazing. He runs a great B&B and it is welcoming and cozy. He’s like an uncle that welcomes you into his home and makes you feel special at every step. The only thing I would note and this is not a criticism is that there is no lift in the building for those that require one. I would stay here again if in Derry and will recommend it to anyone!”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. After multiple days of traveling, we felt like we could truly relax in this bright and spacious room. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. We could easily walk to all of the hot spots. The owners were also very helpful and communicative. We had a walking tour on the day of our checkout and they graciously allowed us a late checkout. We want to return to Derry just to stay here again!”

“The property was unique and beautiful. In a very quiet neighborhood but close to many things. We arrived early before check in and they sat is in a lovely lounge and provided tea and snacks while we waited. The breakfast was fresh, generous and delicious. Definitely would stay there again”

“This was the perfect stay for our stop in Londonderry as it was perfectly situated near everything we wanted to explore. The accommodations were quaint and clean and we felt safe. William was accommodating with our arrival time and gave clear instructions. I would recommend this stay to anyone visiting Londonderry.”
