“Website said no rooms so booked via Expedia. TV did not work. After speaking with staff only 1 channel worked. No in room coffee maker (but had microwave and refrigerator). No hot water after all day hike!! Won’t stay here again.”

“Very clean property. The beds were pretty comfortable and softer than most hotels at this price. I noticed they use either unscented or fragrance-free detergent on the sheets, which was very much appreciated with my health issues. The staff was helpful, and the lady taking care of breakfast was extremely attentive. The only thing I can complain about is a bit of a musty smell in the room, but it didn't hamper our experience much.”

“Okay, so where do I start? Walking into the hotel, I thought it looked like a decent place to stay. The staff was super friendly and polite and we really enjoyed the conversation! We checked in, 2 adults and 6 kids, into two separate rooms. I was so disappointed to quickly find out that the front part of the hotel and lobby didn't match the rest of the hotel vibes. We had a little issue trying to find the rooms at first. We assumed they were on the outer part of the building so after driving...

“Staff was awesome! Met 3 different front desk workers all delightful and helpful. Could use more lighting and attention such as non rusty refrigerators, matching paint when doing touch ups etc. The common areas such as interior walkways to pools and rooms could benefit by daily vacuuming. Air-conditioners were filthy outside of the rooms. The boat parking needs mowing.”
