Hotel looks a little older than most inside and out. It is well maintained and clean. Pool looked great. Staff were friendly. Did not check out the restaurant but seemed pretty busy during the week. The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Love the balcony rooms over looking the indoor pool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was great. We will definitely stay again and we thank the front desk for being so helpful while we were on our honeymoon.

The good: Inexpensive; Staff friendly and helpful; Lobby and breakfast area recently renovated; Breakfast above average for budget-range hotel (eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffle maker, good coffee, yogurt, cereal); Good Indian restaurant on premises. The "needs improvement": Other than the lobby, this property has seen better days; Room condition poor - trim, etc. worn - needs painting; Bathroom - white shower/tub surround fixed with off-white flex seal, fixtures worn, vent fan very noisy; Sink area dark - only 1 bulb working in fixture, sink drain barely works; Other: musty smell, A/C works well but very noisy, can hear other guests in neighboring rooms, very humid as pool is nearby, room was directly off the large conference hall, outside of room very dark day and night;

The staff were wonderful, and our room was clean bed was so comfortable. If you like Authentic India food, you will love their food and you get a 20% discount if you are staying with them. The young man that checked us in was so kind and so helpful, we enjoyed talking with him. Thank you so much we will be back again.

Awesome stay. Pool area was wonderful, friendly staff (every person we worked with were extremely kind and helpful), set up movies in the ballroom for the kids in the evenings on the projector screen with popcorn, just all around great stay! We had 4 rooms total and all were clean and spacious!

Okay, so where do I start? Walking into the hotel, I thought it looked like a decent place to stay. The staff was super friendly and polite and we really enjoyed the conversation! We checked in, 2 adults and 6 kids, into two separate rooms. I was so disappointed to quickly find out that the front part of the hotel and lobby didn't match the rest of the hotel vibes. We had a little issue trying to find the rooms at first. We assumed they were on the outer part of the building so after driving around a few times, we finally went in and saw that our rooms were right by the indoor pool. When we first walked into one of the rooms, we immediately noticed that the ceiling fell through, the bathroom wasn't cleaned, and the floors were warped and chipping away (I'm assuming water damage from the indoor pool). The staff was very quick to clean up the mess from the ceiling and bathroom. In the other room, there was a used bandaid on the floor by the bed, some of the bed covers were dirty, and the bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. We had mentioned it to one of the employees but I don't think it was ever fixed (I ended up not staying so I'm not sure if they did anything about that). The kids loved the indoor pool. They would have stayed in there the whole time if they could🤣 I was a little disappointed that that had a shallow and deep end in the pool.
