My experience at this resort was disappointing, especially for the amount we paid for two rooms. We stayed here for my little brotherโs wedding, and itโll definitely be our last time. From the start, our room smelled like sewage coming from the bathroom. Reporting it led to staff pouring cleaning solution down the drains, which did nothing. The smell lingered our entire stay, and no one followed up or offered us a new room.
Stray cats were everywhereโeven approaching us while we ateโand the staff didnโt do anything about it. The food was hit or miss and often underwhelming. Dress code enforcement felt unfair; some women wore very revealing outfits without issue, while I was repeatedly called out for minor things.
We also didnโt like that the kids' pool was right next to the bar, creating a strange and annoying vibe. By Day 2, the food was worse, and we were shocked to be charged $25 for room service at an โall-inclusiveโ resort. Taking food from the dining area to your room wasnโt allowed either, which felt ridiculous.
In our last two days, we lost hot water in the shower. Maintenance checked the sink, said it was fine, and left. I had to use my sonโs shower instead. I was over the whole experience by Day 2. I wouldnโt recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, flexibility, or true all-inclusive service
