"Great establishment and amenities, friendly staff, and very responsive service. I did find an issue with the bed sheets — definitely bring a UV light to check before you jump into any hotel bed. The staff was extremely responsive and had the bedding pulled and replaced immediately after reporting it. "

"Conveniently located within walking distance of the Carnival Cruise Terminal. Friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle to the Carnival Cruise terminal, in case you don’t want to walk. "

"I love staying in this beautiful historical ship. I never want to leave. We had the Sunday brunch and we enjoyed it immensely. I will continue to come back as long as I’m alive. I recommend visiting the beautiful Queen Mary. "

"Staff was super nice and helpful. Took a star off because my original room on the first floor had roaches and I had to repack all my stuff quickly. I was directed to customer service that took forever (and they weren’t on the property) but the second they told the front desk person she came quickly and moved me to a second floor room while I was still on hold with the property management giving me a hard time. Everyone physically on-site was amazing. Drinks/pool was nice too. "

"Rooms were outdated, shower water was dripping all night and wouldn't shut off all the way, staff upon check in was really awesome. Next day I went to ask for pool towels and the gentlemen gave me some, but when I asked for room towels he said I needed to call housekeeping, so when I called they told us we had to go back and pick it up from the front desk anyways. Lack of communication. Breakfast eggs were cold, sausages were not cooked all the way some where still cold. Coffee was gross and watered down. Parking was good. "
