Overall a good property, especially for the value. Room was big, clean and location is convenient. It can be a little noisy if there's an event going on and parking requires using the lot across the street. Bathrooms within the rooms are a little dated.

We were attending a funeral in Quogue and this property came up as being close. The price was right and I booked 3 room. We were all very satisfied with the rooms, the front desk, and the breakfast was great. We needed to depart early so the great big breakfast was SO convenient. Thank you Hyatt.

Hotel was really nice and clean. It was right next to the aquarium which is why we chose it and the restaurant next door was great too! The hotel has a complimentary breakfast which was good for my hungry kids! Would stay again!

The consierge was excellent. The room was immaculate, including a sectional and a swivel TV. I had a concern about my work truck (tools etc.) being exposed to anyone walking by and this was immediately addressed. We ordered from Cuchina 25 three nights in a row. This place is excellent, and deliver to your room. Highly recommended.

The best in Riverhead!
The room was fresh and clean. The breakfast provided everything to accommodate our varied preferences. The housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. In fact, all staff were welcoming. The common areas were very well kept showing pride in maintaining a high class establishment. We had a wonderful stay with our grandchildren.

I visited during the off season for the area, so most of the outdoor seating and amenities had been dismantled already. But the hotel is nice, especially for the rate that I paid. And the staff were absolutely lovely - friendly, attentive, professional. The only disappointment was that their “restaurant” is not really a restaurant. It’s a free buffet breakfast that you serve yourself, a typical hotel breakfast buffet area. They are real restaurants very close by, but most in that area don’t open until noon.

We had someone in the room next to ours come in with a crying baby. When I asked the front desk if we could move rooms, they were incredibly cooperative and helpful. The free breakfast was fantastic as well, better than a lot of hotels I've been to.
