“If you’re reading negative reviews- they are true. If you’re reading positive reviews - they are also true. If this place was 200$ per night I would Rate it higher. Relative to its price point, it is simply not worth it. The lay out is not good, the rooms are not modern and they are understaffed. The bathroom is tiny; the floors had sand. The staff is nice but not efficient and unable to meet your needs the way a 5 star check in process would be. Everyone seems removed. The beach is nice...

“This is a beautiful top notch property that has just been renovated. Beautifully done. Very clean and well maintained. The location of the property is stellar. There's one small downside and that is it gets very windy at night, I'm not sure if that's all your long or not. We were there in early June of 2026. I would highly recommend this place.”

“Proximity to East Hampton stores - so close you can walk to most things, biggest asset of this property. Room was nice, bedding excellent.”
