"No complaints about service because I didn’t require any besides once weekly housekeeping but the rooms are just bare minimum. I stayed in 2 different rooms and both had super thin windows where you could hear everything outside. My main complaint is about the queen size room. The shower was just a curtain to pull across so water got on the floor, barely enough room to turn around and no shelving to put anything in the shower. The walls and baseboards were dirty and there was no where to sit and eat. No table at all besides the cubbies for clothing storage so I had to stand at that to eat. There was also no storage area in the bathroom at all - sink barely had room to set a makeup bag.
Finally, there was some sort of private event that happened at the bar one night (people were dressed very nicely) which is fine, but there was no communication to the other guests. So I felt embarrassed when I came down the stairs in my pajamas and had to walk through these people all dressed in suits. "
"The property, staff and cleanliness were all great. The breakfast was weak. Pretty much gas station pastries. They'd be better off not saying they do it at all. "
"We took some time to absorb the atmosphere of this place while staying 3 nights for the XC World Cup. The Grand Ballroom with its Speakeasy bar and analog games, the fitness room… We loved it, and the restaurant dinners were also excellent and memorable."
"We had a great stay! The breakfast buffet was amazing, room was super nice and all the offerings at the lodge - from morning coffee, to an ice cream parlor visit after the hot tubs were excellent. We hope to go back one day!"
