Very poor customer service skills not a bad guy just very poor customer service skills so I highly recommend some training maybe from the ladies because the two ladies were very, very nice and very professional. hope this doesnโt offend anybody thank you.โ

โI travelled to Arizona from Toronto because I am always on the east coast when travelling to the states (family) and wanted to see what the west had to offer. 10/10 stay to say the least. the resort was so peaceful, quiet, and clean.
