However gave a lower rating for service as the other staff were not very helpful, and not at all friendly. Not what we expected of a Taiwan 民宿。The bathroom in our room had fungi growing on the cabinet due to the water formed from condensation - should consider better ventilation or an exhaust. "

"Room was pretty ok. What turned me off was the person at the restaurant/ make shift check in counter told me if I did not like the room, I could leave, he is fine with it. This leaves me thinking what's wrong with the place? There is no proper entrance. It is more of a going through a restaurant to get to the rooms. Room was spacious and was clean. Bathroom was alright. The photos were nicer"

"I wanted to share some thoughts on the hotel. It boasts a beautiful lakefront location with excellent views. The food, particularly the breakfast, is fantastic if you enjoy traditional Taiwanese cuisine. If you have your own car, getting around from the hotel is quite convenient. However, finding a taxi can be challenging; we were fortunate to get one to and from the hotel. Be prepared for a potentially long wait if you plan to rely on taxis. "
