I had a very nice stay here. Friendly, helpful staff and great breakfast. The room was spacious, quiet and very comfortable. I also booked a time for the outside jacuzzi, which was a great experience under the stars in the polarnight. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Longyearbyen.

Staff were super friendly and made sure we had our tours planned. Made sure we had access to drinking water. Good location. The winter gear we rented was delivered straight to this hotel.
