"This was a great hotel to land for a couple nights in Plettenberg. The in Hotel restaurant is excellent, we ate the oxtail and the breakfast is fabulous. Two doors away is a place called 11 that we rented bikes from. The property is clean and we had a City View Suite that had plenty of room to spread out and a balcony. The property is...

"Hotel was great. Friendly staff, great room, very clean."

"Great B&B in a very nice building and friendly staff"

"Great location "

"Very clean with nice pool and adjoining restaurant."

"In general the hotel is very run down. Things falling apart and dysfunctional, including pool area and umbrellas and gardens. The resort is in desperate need of serious maintenance. Also, no wi fi in rooms for a 4 star hotel is not really acceptable. Poor conditions somewhat compensated for by the first class and much appreciated service from Petrus and some of his staff -especially chef and Thabisa."

"Staff were great and the room was very clean"

"Great combination of a microbrewery, restaurant and comfortable accommodation "

"Great facilities and excellent staff! "

The dinning experience over dinner and breakfast was terrible - worst service I’ve seen for a while and average food (it’s quite expensive considering its surroundings). Stay...

"We come regularly to the Hunter's Country House as it is always very relaxing. The Hospitality, the Restaurant Options and the People make the difference ..."

"Self catering room in cottage pie needs a renovation . The windows lead onto the street,so this would make it a security issue if one would like to sit outside. The bedroom is dark and gloomy the bathroom had a broken light. The overall facilities and the staff were very good "
