“Every review is pretty spot on. I was first greeted by the amazing Andean and her friendly staff. Free parking and secured. Huge clean room with balcony facing the ocean. AC was working. I ate twice at Midtown (the stew chicken is so yummy!) and had a breakfast at Ochuna downstairs. Both very good. I walked the first night to the museum and I felt safe. Yes there’s only one chair but I was solo so it didn’t bother me. There was some noise in the park and next door but it was on Saturday but...

It is clear that the place has not been properly cleaned or maintained for quite some time. “I had an excellent stay at Belcove Hotel. Very close to the water taxi terminal and very easy to walk there. The staff was very communicative through messages, and my room had excellent air conditioning and a clean bathroom. It also has a fridge and a nice terrace over the creek which was nice to look out from. They also sell cold water which was very helpful to me.”

“What a wonderful place and staff! I felt so welcome ! Was the perfect area , close enough , but not too close to the main road . One thing I would have have put on my wish list Would have been a coffee machine in my room or access to coffee earlier than 7:30 , and a better fridge . Yes the rooms are a bit dated , but the atmosphere , view and staff made up for it !!”

“The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.”

“We were diverted here for 1 night when the Roatan airport closed due to heavy rain. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's bare bones room, no coffee maker or safe, no elevator. We just needed a place not far from the airport for a quick one night stay. ”

“Beautiful apartment, clean and well stocked with dishes, utensils, and toiletries. There are little markets along the street and a large supermarket a few minutes drive away. We had a car during our stay so we were able to get to Belize city in about 15 minutes. I would definitely stay here again.”
