“The airport shuttle was difficult at best. My flight from Placencia was delayed almost 2 hours. I could never get the wifi to work in my room. The receptionist gave me two choices and multiple passwords but nothing worked. Wifi did work in the main building but this was not very helpful.”

“Unfriendly staff, room charges not permitted for restaurants or lobby purchases. Arrived at 3pm for check in, did not have a room till 5:30pm. Had lunch and dinner at the restaurant, and breakfast next morning at the café: waited more than an hour and a half for food on all three occasions. For dinner: ordered one cheese pizza, took almost 2 hours and showed up raw in the middle. They brought it back 40min later, still raw in the middle having just been broiled on top. “There are nothing close by . Only option is stay and spend the time there but might be ok if you choose not to travel around. Should have own car or cab to access this place. ”

“The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.”

“I had such a wonderful stay and experience at this cozy little place. It was close to the water taxi, small street vendors and great restaurants. Debra and staff went above and beyond. “Property allowed us to check in late which was very kind of them. However, the property is old & run down. The hotel don’t choose their guests, but the ones next to us were extremely noisy with the TV on very loud leading to a poor night sleep due to the very thin walls & adjoining door not stopping any of the noise. Conveniently near the water taxis though”
