“Clean room, great staff airport shuttle ”

“Staff was amazing! Room was clean but still felt a little off - location was a bit sketchy but it wasn’t too bad to the point where we didn’t feel safe. ”

“Staff were friendly, the pics online make it look nicer than it is. The swim up bar doesn’t exist, just seats in the pool. They have a shuttle but you still have to pay to get a ride.”

“On the wall in the entrance it says something like,”Welcome. Arrive as guests and leave as friends.” It is the experience of hospitality we had at the Belcove and learned bits of history and culture by speaking with staff. ”

“Beautiful location on the river. Very nice staff. Big clean room. Comfortable beds. Nice restaurant. You’re surrounded by nature. A quick 20-30 minutes to main airport. ”

“The property is in a convenient location - 10 minutes from the international airport. It is a quiet and comfortable village. The property itself is very pretty and relaxing. The staff were excellent, friendly, and attentive. My only issues were cleanliness in the room; the blanket had hairs on it that weren't ours, and the sheets were definitely not pristine. Apart from that, everything was good. I would stay here again.”

“It was nice that they were able to accommodate our early arrival. The room was clean but there were several large ants this morning. Since it was windy a lot of items were rattling making it hard to get a good night sleep. It would have been nice to have a couple of complementary bottles of water for the price. The pool was rather cloudy. The restaurant food is mediocre with overpriced US prices. ”

“We had the place to ourselves and the beautiful wildlife right on the river. Shanna and Kenny were wonderful and handled every aspect of our trip. The pool and bbq were fun! I would definitely stay here again. The family of Howler Monkeys with babies were my favorite part. Peaceful, serene, and in the jungle.”

“This is a lovely property very close by to the ferry docks and almost right next door to the museum. We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. Both were large, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The above are enough reasons to choose this hotel, but the lady running the place, Michelle, was so friendly and helpful. Our flight got cancelled on us at the last minute and she really went out of her way to help us out of a situation that could have been a disaster. Amazing customer service...

The rooms are comfy and very functional and the property really nice, with a beautiful garden full of chirping birds and so close to the sea and harbour. The restaurant across the street owned by the property offers healthy breakfast and meals and has a beautiful view on the sea. Very happy we made this choice.”
