“We had a quick stay for an early flight the next morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed and kindly offered to prepare breakfast for us in the morning. I wouldn’t stay at this property again in the future though due to a few uncomforts. Their dogs barked during the night, waking us up. There was a bright light next door that illuminated our room. The windows are shutter style glass that don’t keep out the hot exterior air. They have a window mounted air...

“Check-in was pleasant and helpful and Andene (hopefully spelled her name correctly) is a credit to her employer. The room was bright and airy with A/C and fan ,coffee percolator and refrigerator a plus with outside temperature in high 80s . All staff were pleasant and helpful and there are plenty of dining options near at hand including food vendors with great Tamalas and Dukunu ,try Mark out front best yet.”

“A very beautiful place to stay ! It was our last stop before we returned home, and it was close to the airport. It had everything we needed including a pool, restaurant, and a shuttle.”

“Near BZE - ideal for a layover if required. Staff were kind & professional. Surprised they could not recommend any providers for diving / snorkel activity in the Cayes - thought they should have a “link” or recommendations (got it from GOOG). We were unable to get a river cruise (to see Manitees) as their boat was out for repair (ended up canoeing upriver for a mile & back). Given the small scale of biz, I suspect they have to be informed ahead of time if you want to rent their boat.”

“Hotel provided airport transportation. It was at a cost of $30. No instructions on how to use the hotel phone to call the front desk. Hotel was very clean with a wonderful roof top restaurant ”

“Sir Angel’s is conveniently located to many excellent bars and restaurants. It is also walking distance to the ferry. The room was clean, spacious and modern. The hosts were very helpful. As a woman traveling solo, I felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.”

Pictures somehow make it all feel bigger even though they’re accurate. Neighborhood is bleak, and the few restaurants in the area happened to be closed all week for Easter.”

“Cathy was super welcoming, constantly checked in on me. Great stay and great hospitality. The breakfast was great, love her fry jacks. This place gives a local vibe. Cathy set transportation for me and this place is only 5 minutes from the airport. This will be my new stay every time I come to visit my family in Ladyville.”

“The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.”

“The rooms are small and minimalist but that's OK as they get everything else right. The rooms were spotless, the property was beautifully kept and the price of booking was affordable. The attached restaurant had excellent and affordable food, in fact we noticed that many of its patrons were locals. The location being 20 minutes from the airport was a nice added bonus. ”
