“What a wonderful place and staff! I felt so welcome ! Was the perfect area , close enough , but not too close to the main road . One thing I would have have put on my wish list Would have been a coffee machine in my room or access to coffee earlier than 7:30 , and a better fridge . Yes the rooms are a bit dated , but the atmosphere , view and staff made up for it !!”

“The staff was very helpful, however, the room we were given was not clean. We had to be moved to a different room after my husband pointed out the dirty floor and water from a refrigerator that had just been replaced. The toilet did not flush. The staff Andean was a sweet heart and did everything she could to make us feel comfortable.”

“This is a lovely property very close by to the ferry docks and almost right next door to the museum. We stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. Both were large, very tastefully decorated and comfortable. The above are enough reasons to choose this hotel, but the lady running the place, Michelle, was so friendly and helpful. Our flight got cancelled on us at the last minute and she really went out of her way to help us out of a situation that could have been a disaster. Amazing customer service...

“The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful but the location was not great. The road in front of the hotel is very busy and loud. Our room was located almost on the road and the “window” we had looked out to a hallway. It was challenging to get any sleep. The food at the restaurant was okay. ”

“On the wall in the entrance it says something like,”Welcome. Arrive as guests and leave as friends.” It is the experience of hospitality we had at the Belcove and learned bits of history and culture by speaking with staff. ”

“The walls are thin and you can hear everything throughout the night. But everything else was great. Plenty of parking and the staff were very friendly.”

“The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.”

“The property is in a convenient location - 10 minutes from the international airport. It is a quiet and comfortable village. The property itself is very pretty and relaxing. The staff were excellent, friendly, and attentive. My only issues were cleanliness in the room; the blanket had hairs on it that weren't ours, and the sheets were definitely not pristine. Apart from that, everything was good. I would stay here again.”
