“The staff is amazingly helpful. We woke up late for breakfast and they made us something dvevthough the kitchen was closed.”

“Cathy and Don were great hosts! The rooms were clean and Cathy even cooked dinner for the 7 of us after we arrived at 5:30 pm. There are restaurants within a 15-30 minute walk, but it was nice to sit down for a while after enjoying a type “A” vacation for the past 8 days! Pool, air conditioning, hot water and a delicious meal! Julia ”

“I loved the fact that the pool area overlooks the river. The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. Justin the shuttle bus driver was the best. He was so knowledgeable about the where to go shop and where to eat places. Such a humble young man…”

“Everything was just as pictured. Food was really good but pricey as expected for a hotel like this. There is not much around the hotel but it felt safe and staff were very helfpul.”

“Good for the price. But keep in mind this is a lower end place to stay. A bit strange in that you go up to 4th floor to check in. It’s more like a room rental than a hotel. We felt fairly safe but wouldn’t walk around at night. Onsite parking was important for us. ”

“The rooms are small and minimalist but that's OK as they get everything else right. The rooms were spotless, the property was beautifully kept and the price of booking was affordable. The attached restaurant had excellent and affordable food, in fact we noticed that many of its patrons were locals. The location being 20 minutes from the airport was a nice added bonus. ”

“This condo feels like home. The furniture is comfortable. The kitchen has the necessities. The condo is gated in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is gorgeous and perfectly maintained. The outdoor deck is set up for dining and sunning with table, bar, and lounge chairs. The mango tree adjacent to the deck area is heavy with fruit, but it is still to early to enjoy. The condo’s host is responsive and helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better home away from home!”

“I had such a wonderful stay and experience at this cozy little place. It was close to the water taxi, small street vendors and great restaurants. Debra and staff went above and beyond. “Just not really worth it. Staff are great, breakfast is real good, even the owner is nice. But, super expensive for where and what it is. Pictures somehow make it all feel bigger even though they’re accurate. Neighborhood is bleak, and the few restaurants in the area happened to be closed all week for Easter.”

“The place was clean but the photos are showing 2 places. The beds were confortable. The bedroom were not insonorated like it was written so we could ear lots of neighborhood dogs barking at night. Overall the place had everything we needed to visit that local part of Belize.”

“I personally didn’t like the surrounding areas but the hotel grounds were excellent. Most people know but there’s not many stores open on Sundays.”
