We got there and had a snow storm and lost power for 3 days and we were not offer an explanation, when I asked when we could expect the lights to be back they almost took offense to answer and said they had no ideia but I should be happy they had a small generator and pawer the shower and one outlet in the kitchen. I get it that you can control a snow storm but they weren't prepared at all. So we couldn't use any facilities at the...
