"The spa turned out to be inaccessible without pre-booking. That went for the sauna also which we would have liked to use. The location was perfect for downtown strolls. Be forewarned, but if you have a car, valet parking is $50 a day. The facilities are lovely and not overcrowded. even on Memorial Day weekend with many families in residence. Everyone seemed charming and well-behaved. I had booked a room with a balcony and partial ocean view which turned out to be right over parked cars on a side street! The front desk moved me upon request to a room overlooking the pool which was a huge improvement. Hotel restaurant for breakfast and informal meals is across the entrance courtyard, and there is nowhere onsite for a quick coffee and pasty. Rooms have Nespresso machines but not enough creamer for two servings! They do, however, give guests free water and snacks like taffy and caramel popcorn!"

"Excellent front desk receptionists, free shuttle service to airport, very friendly staff and great customer service, they deliver toiletries and help with fixing anything really fast. I will come back again!"

"Easy access to and from the San Jose airport. Excellent breakfast bar with fresh cut fruit. Having to pay extra for parking is kinda tacky. Nickle and dining not nice. Otherwise good clean comfortable rooms."

"It was a good hotel, clean, coffee and fridge in room, good water pressure in shower, good free breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, padtry, Bagels, make your own pankakes, etc.) in morning. The only thing i noticed is we needed a USB charging station for phones. Furniture was a little beat up but plenty of storage, etc. The $10 parking fee was unexpected."

"I needed a quick spot to stay because I was going to a music event. First off don’t be fooled by the pics online. The big nice looking hotel is the Ext Stay hotel next door. This motel is from the 80’s at best. run down, bare filthy rooms.The back is empty, dark & abandoned (Bldg C) super sketchy. I checked in at 3 pm and explicitly told the front person I didn’t want to be in that bldg. she told me that’s all they had and that I had to wait to see if anything came available that after 3 they would have something. So I left and came back and then another person told me the same thing I insisted on not staying in that dark back bldg so the manager heard me and told the front desk person to put me in a room and mother room in the front bldg A magically came available. My god the rooms are so gross, I don’t think the floors were swept/mopped and I was lowkey scared I was gonna get bedbugs. I already paid and rolled the dice. We went to our event and came back and I’m walking in and someone with a big dog with no leash comes down the hall. I have a small dog so I go outside and tell my hubby to not come in yet. We go in and bring in an overnight bag cuz I’m not taking chances with bugs and walk back outside and we hear someone literally screaming having sex echoing down the hall. Geezus don’t bring your kids or you’ll have to explain some stuff to them you ain’t ready for. I literally feel so grossed out right now. Bruh pay more I should’ve trust me. Nope. Lesson learned"
