Llegué al hotel y no se respetó mi reservación que por cierto ya estaba pagada directamente en la plataforma de hoteles.com, en mostrador me dijeron que estaba sobrevendido y no había habitación, me dijeron que me iban a reembolsar el pago, me pueden ayudar a enviarme el reembolso?

Hotel no apto para vacacionar

Este Hotel no cuenta con Closer o Ropero donde colgar ropa, tampoco donde poner maletas, las nuestras en el piso, hay que avisar que enciendan el boiler para tener agua calente, hay fugas de agua debajo del Lavabo, las llaves se desconectan a las 11:00 pm., en los cuartos anexos y arriba hay demasiado ruido, además hay que ir a la administración y piden dinero por depósito. Malo Malo Malo

Stay away from this place

Did not stay we were told we could not park inside secure area,and would have to park on road,this is after we paid. As our car was full inside this was not exceptable,so we said we would just have our money back ,we had to wait for the manager who came in never said a word and banged or money down on counter. Would recommend you to sleep in your CAR

Cercano al CHEPE

Pequeño pero suficiente p descansar, cercano a unos tacos famosos el güero, cercano a 10 minutos de la estación de FFCC de el CHEPE q sale a las 06:00 am en punto.

Great place in Los Mochis

I’ve stayed here twice now and would definitely do it again if I needed a place in Los Mochis. There’s a strong bleach smell to the rooms and showers tend to get the whole bathroom floor wet. But this is a really enjoyable place, staffed by a really helpful staff.
