“I stayed this excellent accommodation with my wife. It located in Carmen del Sol, which has long line of beach and nice restaurants a long it. Bed and facilities was very clean! Probably the most excellent thing is their staff. I left my international driver's license in the room and checked out. But they delivered it for me to the Airport! It was so thankful. I love this place!”

La limpieza es impecable y todo se ve tal cual aparece en las fotos. El desayuno estaba riquísimo y muy completo, y el personal fue siempre amable y atento. El wifi funciona perfectamente en todas las instalaciones y el Honesty Bar junto a la piscina nos pareció una idea fantástica: puedes servirte cuando te apetezca y pagar después, súper cómodo. “The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...

“Our family really enjoyed our week at the Floresta. A big shout out to Johan and the animation team for keeping our kids occupied with activities during our stay. Staff was friendly and entire resort was kept sporless. Keep up the great work!”

“Felt very rundown and way past its best. Old fashioned interiors and still hints of the 1980s everywhere. Average client was old and pretty boring. That’s how the entire place felt. Facilities were super tired - like the gym. Shame as it’s a great spot. Worse part may have been the food. It was just like the entire vibe - boring and out of touch. Staff friendly. ”

“La habitacion dejaba mucho que desear. Las puertas y paredes parecian de papel, se oia todo lo que pasaba en el pasillo y en habitaciones cercanas, lo cual hacia muy dificil el descanso. Dejaron solamente dos toallas (ni toalla de mano ni alfombra) y solamente un rollo de papel para 4 dias… Por parte del personal de recepcion habia siempre bastante desinteres, parecia que estaban en su casa con amigos y familiares haciendo sus cosas y con cero interes en los huéspedes. Desde luego no repetiria....

“란자로테에서 가장 높은건물로 뷰는 환상적 청소상태 완전 꽝 15 시 이후 들어와도 청소 않되어있었고 담날도 얘기했는데 청소 않되어 있었음 고층이다 보니 엘리 베이터가 불편했고 주위에 상권이 그닥좋지 않음 고층에서 내려보는 뷰최고 방 넓은거 빼고는 5 성급 호텔 치고는 그저 그랬음 담에는 playa쪽으로 갈야 할듯”
