"This property is located in a beautiful setting and we enjoyed our stay though there is definitely room for improvement. Their hot water hookup seems to time out, and was off when we arrived. Once we were ready for our shower we were forced to deal with icy cold water since it was late. It wasn't until we had asked and had it resolved that we found a tiny card by the coffee maker with "hot water" instructions. It would've been helpful if the card had been in the bathroom. Additionally, we understand that being in a natural setting means bugs cannot be avoided altogether, however the amount of dead bugs and dust in the corners of the room made it obvious that the cleaning is sub-par. Aside from these few things, we really enjoyed our short stay and hopefully we can come back and explore a little more of this place."

"The hostal is surrounded by beautiful mountains, staff members are friendly and welcoming. They have a restaurant and bar across the street and restaurants with delicious food nearby. Drive to Cerro Verde is about 47 minutes from here."

"I Loved this place! Nestled deep in the mountains with beautiful views of the volcano. The restaurant there has great food. We did the hike offered though the hotel to the Santa Ana volcano and I loved it because it was private and they go at your pace. If you come to El Salvador, this is a must!"

"Endroit très magique proche de la nature, teanquil, très beau à voir le lévé du soleil, attention impecable, lits confortables, je le recommende fortement si vous voulez vous reaxer avec une belle vue. C'est très proche au campanent pour monter le volcan Santa Ana et du mirateur Cerro Verde. Il y a un restaurant sur place, j' ai trouvé des bonnes pizzas."
