“Hemos pasado una semana allí con 2 bebés, la atención por parte de todos los trabajadores ha sido muy buena (a destacar la gran amabilidad por parte de Coto en el comedor), la única pega es un poco más de variedad en la comida. ”

“I stayed this excellent accommodation with my wife. It located in Carmen del Sol, which has long line of beach and nice restaurants a long it. Bed and facilities was very clean! Probably the most excellent thing is their staff. I left my international driver's license in the room and checked out. But they delivered it for me to the Airport! It was so thankful. I love this place!”

“Very well presented and stocked. Beautifully clean. Good location. Park at back a bit noisy at night but I had seen that on reviews and had taken earplugs so it was not a problem for me would definitely go again .”

“What a great hotel, the people are great and the amenities, i would definately go back loved it. We had a street view low level 2 bed app, it was great would have liked a roof top one but none were available. ”

“Great location, great offer and all inclusive was not many options although was lovely food so I never could not find something to eat, was catered for English so was great for adults and picky eaters like me. Room was big and clean and quiet at night, close to everything in walking distance and supermarket next door. Pool was lovely with some activities in a day, was cold but it was hot so was refreshing when you got in. Spotless pool, would stay again. Didn’t have to fight for a sunbed, nobody...

“We have been to this resort a number of times. It's certainly the best for comfort and location. Everyone is very friendly. It's a shame there is no aircon in the lounge area of the villa, however it is provided in the bedroom. I can't recommend this resort enough.”

“Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly...

“Location is good. Several bars around which was a little noisy on Sat night but not noticeable at all rest of week. Fab pizza place up the road. Taxi rank opposite. Room spacious, clean and well kitted out. Only issue was online hotel checkin asked for passport front photo when they actually wanted the passport info page. Created a bit of an issue night before and day of travel to get sorted. Would stay here again.”
