Loubens-Lauragais, Toulouse hotel rooms at the Concorde

"The hotel was in a great location. Easy to get to the centre and a short car journey from the airport. Safe area and quiet. Really nice to have a kitchenette. Good amenities. We had a late flight and because they were not full we were able to pay a little extra for a late checkout, which was really helpful. Would recommend this hotel."

"While I found the room adequate (was large with two full sized beds), and location was fine, I was rather annoyed with a couple aspects of the hotel. First off the tub was dangerous. It needs a safety bar. The tub is about 23" heigh, rather risky to just hop into. Second is the windows are odd and I think the staff can open them but not the hotel guests. Third we had the cleaning crew leave our door open. Excuse me, I know you are on the same floor but literally any vagabond could have stolen our luggage or items. Yes it has a key code to get up to the hotel floors but that is fairly easy to bypass by just riding up with someone. Third, the lobby smells like sewage. It smelt like this everyday and we stayed there for three days. You can be outside enjoying your time then you walk in and are smacked by sewer poo odor which is really strong and overwhelming. Beds -10/10 very comfortable Pillow 8/10 Room 9/10 Cleaning services 2/10 since they didn't lock my door! Parking underground 9/10 Lobby area 1/10 due to nasty smell. The surrounding area is a little unsafe at night (so just be careful). Location is good as it's walking distance to the old city and train station. Please fix the lobby stench and make sure cleaning crews lock the door. Thank you. Maybe warn people the entry to the tub is 2 feet high so they can book something safer."

"The beds were very comfortable with quality linens. The bathroom had a tub, plenty of counter space, towel warmers and quite large. The mini kitchen came in very handy. The breakfast was amazing with a huge assortment of choices. Staff were helpful and professional."

"Bien situé à 5 minutes de la station Jeanne d'Arc, de la navette pour l'aéroport et près du centre, très propre, personnel sympathique, buffet déjeuner froid copieux, mets chauds limités, peu goûteux et pas très chauds (oeufs, saucisses, bacon), espace restreint dans la salle de bain (1 personne à la fois), matelas dépassait la largeur du lit simple (glissant)."

"This hotel would be great for a very short stay. Rooms are clean, showers nice, beds are comfy. Breakfast is excellent, if a bit pricey. The vibe is fun and funky, with eclectic decor. And the location is perfect. BUT... Choose somewhere else for a stay longer than 1-2 days. The rooms have no storage (no drawers or cupboards), just a high shelf with a few hangers on the edge. There were no chairs in our room. The fridge is is smaller than most places I've stayed, and ours did not work well. There was no coffee maker or kettle (we were told we could have borrowed one from the front desk, but we just bought a mini kettle at Darty.) The rooftop bar was fun, but crowded, noisy, and service was slow. The restaurant was disappointing. It was the most mediocre meal we had in Toulouse, while also being the most expensive of our two-week stay. The food wasn't bad, but it was a bit bland and our appetizer (falafel) was overcooked and dry. The takeaway: Great hotel for a short stay, super location, friendly staff. Try the breakfast and visit the rooftop bar, but skip the hotel restaurant have dinner at one of the many excellent places within walking distance."
