"Central location in Lake Louise town. Room was clean and comfortable and we opted to buy the breakfast in the morning for a discounted price of 10.00 per person. We got our 10.00 value for sure but it would not have been worth it if it was the advertised amount of 25.00.
Would stay again."
"Room was large and felt grand but building itself felt old with some work needed for things like the windows and doors. The windows didn't stay open without using little pieces of wood that they provided, so wide open or just a crack weren't really options. The door lock was a bit sticky so if you did it gently the bolt didn't retract fully. The mosquitoes outside were terrible (unusual) and we kept finding more in our room throughout the night which we think were coming down the chimney, but it could have been from somewhere else. The room is heated by a gas fireplace, which has nice ambience, but is bright and it's flickering may wake light sleepers. Outside noise was fine, the area is pretty quiet, but the noise from next door really carried through the wall. Overall really cute place with nice ambience and a unique/potentially convenient, but felt like it could have been a bit better for how much it cost."
"Fabulous location on Emerald Lake and a comfortable room. Most personnel friendly and welcoming but unfortunately not the case with all. Sauna is a nice facility but needs a more efficient heater as takes ages to reach a decent temperature."
"Beautiful property. Very cute and quaint. The shower doors only open inward which makes zero sense. Unless you are very slender to fit around the door, you’re not getting a shower. Also, our jacuzzi tub jets randomly turned on in the middle of the night (empty, dry tub) which scared us pretty well, but we had a good laugh over it. Informed reception staff about the shower doors and jacuzzi tub and they couldn’t have cared less.
That said, I’d totally stay again as it was such a beautiful and quiet location."
