โGreat kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint.โ
โStaff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only had one hiccup. Miss understanding about the shuttle service. But we addressed the problem & Ballyโs makes it right.
Room was a bit small & thereโs no fridge or microwave. But other than that we had a very pleasant experience. My husband & I were extremely impressed with the staff. ๐๐๐โ

โthe staff was great! the only problem we had was our first room the plug ins didnโt work but they moved us the next day. they were updating the hotel wasnโt in the best shape. dryer did not work and one of the elevators did not work. I think once they get everything completed it will be a great hotel. has a very nice pool and court yard.โ
โRoom/bathroom was clean. Bed very comfortable. Check-in and checking out was quick and easy. Only one thing would not get good review and thatโs the tv. It would not allow me to change most channels to English. However, I do recommend. โ
