โHotellet ligger perfekt nรฅr man vil besรธge Matala by eller vil bade pรฅ Matala strand. Vรฆrtsparret er helt fantastiske og ved ikke alt det gode de skal gรธre for deres gรฆster. Der er en super god atmosfรฆre og der er en dejlig have man kan sidde i, bรฅde nรฅr man skal spise morgenmad eller slappe af i lรธbet af dagen. Der ligger en overvรฅget parkeringsplads 50 meter fra hotellet, hvor vi gav 5 euro i dรธgnet for at holde.

โLa maisonnette que nous avons louรฉ รฉtait idรฉal pour notre famille. Le logement est situรฉ au calme dans un รฉcrin ร couper le souffle, montagne et oliviers sans oublier le chant des cigales au matin ... Un vrai bonheur !

โWhile we were there our son went into medical distress. The staff at the store and the reception desk were absolutely amazing. So kind, caring, and thoughtful. My son and I didnโt get to finish our stay there but they sent food packages with the rest of our family for our hospital stay. At the end of the day, a hotel is just a hotelโฆ.itโs the staff and people that make the experience. 10/10 experience. โ
โThe views from the hilltop were spectacular and we loved sitting outside with our delicious breakfast. Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable and as the final days of our trip this was a perfect wind down. I would love to go back for longerโ

โStunning property in a newly restored old house. Beautiful, spacious and well-appointed room. The common areas were comfortable and there was a lovely balcony. The breakfast which was beautifully served on the balcony was beyond compare. Local, fresh, and delicious Cretan treats. Archanes is close to Heraklion and the palace of Knossos and had plenty of dining options. We were in Greece for three weeks and our night at Carpe Diem was probably our best stay. Canโt recommend highly enough. โ
โWe arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities.
Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more.
