Sorry about the water pressure unfortunately its like that due to water saving efficiency that is suppose to be better. Thank you for your feedback and i will make note of the water problem.

Fire alarm malfuntions, every hour, and the staff lied to us and.... no refunds just more lies to avoid refunding, thats called a scam! How could we ever come back to this dump, or any IHG after they lied to me several times!

The walls are too thin. We could hear every single footstep next to us, down the hallway and above our heads. Couldn’t sleep!!!!

Most everything was great, except that the USB ports by the bed didn't work. Sounds like a small thing until you need to charge your phone overnight and don't want to plug it in across the room. The phone didn't work either, so when the drunken belligerent guy in the room next door was on a rampage cussing in the hallway and slamming the door repeatedly I had to get up out of bed, to my phone plugged in across the room to call the front desk to ask them if everything was ok... Eventually the guy called down... 3 hours later. I slept terrible that night and had a big event next day.

The bathroom was the biggest problem. The bathroom fan was covered in dust nearly black, the caulking around the shower was moldy/ rotting away.

Checking-in was a bit chaotic. I'm not sure if it was Expedia or the hotel. I made reservations for two couples. For some reason one place had my name down and the other had my friend's. It took a while to sort things out in order to check in.

Super nice property right off the interstate! Parking is really easy and there’s lots of food options down the road. Room was very spacious, clean, and comfy. Breakfast was just okay, but front desk service & cleanliness of the room absolutely made up for it!
