I also found hair on both the sheets and the towels, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned over time. To make matters worse, the door’s deadbolt was loose and appeared to be falling off, which raised safety concerns."

"Stayed in room 249, there was a loud banging noise that kept waking me up thru the night. I was not happy. And the ceiling near the bathroom, looked like it was repaired by a blind man. C’mon you can do better! "

"The hotel was clean and our room was a good size. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Rich, who was at the front desk at night was great. It was a bit noisy throughout our weekend trip though… between people hanging out in the parking lot late at night, kids screaming and running to/from the pool and loud chatty ladies working at the front desk, it was a bit much. We travel a lot and it was our first time resenting having a room on the first floor."
