“The best aspect of this property is its location. The location couldn't be better. Second, it is very clean and efficient for a couple or single who want(s) the bare bones. Street parking is ample and steps from the Nest. The two drawbacks to the property are that this is a completely turnkey operation - there is no one on site - and there are no amenities. “The rooms were very clean and spacious. The AC didn’t work when we got there and they sent someone up to our room right away. Very quiet area. We enjoyed our stay and would visit again!”

“The room smelt so bad of urine and cigartettes is was nearly impossible to fall asleep. There were people outside of our room swearing and being loud. I would not recommend this as a place to stay for the price and if you are traveling with children.”
