"The lodge is lovely and updated. Rooms are so large- perfect for families with older children! The restaurant in the lodge was delicious, and we were so glad we didn't have to trek to other places after a day of skiing if we didn't want to. Would absolutely return."

We could hear the restaurant nextdoor very clearly while sitting in the common area, but our room on the other side of the hall was quiet. Room was spacious with a spacious bathroom. Shower pressure left something to be desired. "

"Did not evacuate facility for fire alarm. Some went out some didn't. The bed was on rollers and when getting into bed it would move. I had a cast on my foot and it made getting into bed dangerous.also said free breakfast lol all there was muffins. "

"This is a review for a stay that was booked for Sunday night, Feb 28 th. As it happened my friend became too ill for us to visit and the trip was cancelled. Notified 4 Points on Saturday why I needed to cancel. I was told since I booked through Expedia my request was not in Sheraton’s hands but Expedia. Expedia was willing to credit as long as 4 points agreed. Since 4 points didn’t respond to Expedia, my request was turned down. I was surprised since this stay would have been my 3rd time to book a room with Four Points by Sheraton Albany. Too bad, there are future visits in the planning but not with Four Points Albany for me. "
