The original room had musty shower curtain, several outlets that didnโt work, a leaking bathroom faucet, and uncontrollable air conditioning.
Second room had a few working out letโs but the air conditioning was still uncontrollable. When mentioned to staff, they said it was due to the heat wave.
My account was gone into and charged during my stay for amounts that made no sense. It needs to made clear to customers that after your stay reaches a certain amount, your account is charged mid-stay. I was also
told that upon leaving, my account would be charged. It was reimbursed, but when checking my account, which I do almost daily, it looked like I was being hacked by Hilton.
It took four days and a call to corporate customer service to be able to speak with the manager. Once he got the call from corporate, he was then โavailableโto call me. We worked out a reimbursement only after I refused the offer of Hilton honors points.
Not a good performance by anyone!
