My room with 2 Queen beds, microwave, & fridge was clean and very large. The breakfast was very good. The staff kept refilling the food. The hotel is located next to restaurants, supermarkets and Colonie Center Mall. There are local buses walking distance and a driveway if you have your own vehicle.

The bedroom waa clean and beautiful. My only problem was the bathroom was very tiny. You sit on the toilet and can literally put your feet in the tub of the shower. The sink was outside the bathroom. My other issue was I was told at checkout that because I went through a third-party that they would send me my receipt. In which I had just left a previous Holiday Inn Express using the same third-party and was able to receive a printed receipt. To be honest this was the first time ever hearing this. Was disappointed with this facility. However the the lady that checked us in was so kind and wonderful!
