There are so many good things I could say about this stay. I love how you can pick your specific room, and how spacious the rooms are. The location is also great. We went to 10 beaches on the island and personally this was my favorite one. Great stay

The Fourteen is a modern and styish apartment complex with easy walking access to the beaches at Mullet Bay (5 minute walk) and Maho and a short drive to/from the airport. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment was well-appointed with a large balcony full kitchen and spacious living space. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the pre-stocked grocery option, which we used to stock the fridge with breakfast foods and snacks (as well as beverages both alcoholic and non). Close proximity to 2 markets and several good restaurants. Ample parking and security gate made for a convenient and safe stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Fourteen at Mullet Bay in an ocean view room. The accommodations were clean, and the grounds were well-maintained. The staff was incredibly helpful, and I especially appreciated the concierge services for transportation, which made my experience as a solo female traveler very smooth. I felt safe throughout my stay. My driver, Thomas, was fantastic—professional and very prompt. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was wonderful. The staff was amazing. They accommodated me when my flight was cancelled due to Hurricane Erin. This place is walking distance to 3 different beaches (about a mile each walk to Cupecoy and Maho) and right across from Mullet Bay beach.

The room and view was excellent. Top notch location, great AC and appliances for every need. The only thing I will say is I wish the hotel or condo whatever you call it would have more umbrellas at the pool…, there are only 2 but they have stands for more if they could just store them and when someone requests and umbrella that would be very helpful. The beach adjacent is one of the best on the island and from the room we viewed that along with so many planes coming in! Truly a 10/10 experience

The space was clean and bright - every room had an ocean view. Third bathroom / powder room was a nice flexible feature. There were some issues with the washer, but the views exceeded expectations to overcome small nuisances. The beds were comfortable. Proximity the beach was awesome. We drove around the island: indigo beach was picturesque, oyster pond quaint, coco beachbar at orient bay was fun. Candidly, mullet bay is the best beach. The unit was close to shopping and restaurants. Desk was friendly. Gym and pool checked the box. Security was felt. I’ve already told others that this was the place to stay and highly recommend.

Hi, beautiful room and view. But they said our shower leaked to downstairs last night so someone came to caulk it. After caulking it, they said we couldn’t shower for 6 hours. That’s quite an inconvenience especially because we need to shower. Please refund a portion of our stay for this issue, thank you.

The view was the best thing, I can say the LED mirror didn’t work consistently & there’s no full length mirrors in the rooms. Other than that it was well worth the stay.

The overall stay at the fourteen was great, comfortable and clean. Staff communicated well the entire stay and assisted us along the way. In addition the driver Dre made our stay exceptionally pleasant. He was available to transport us to and from our location. He even suggested places we can go being that we went during off season. Overall stay terrific.
