โStaff very friendly and patients with me when I arrived stressed and tired. They were very professional, caring, and helpful. Gave me advice on rental cars when I had an issue with my rental the night I checked in. the staff refreshed my room every day! Nothing like coming back to a clean room. โWe had an amazing stay as this hotel!! The staff was amazing, room was super clean, pool was immaculate, the comp breakfast was tasty and there was so much to do just a couple blocks away which for my family was walking distance. The hotel is secure and I liked the fact that you needed your key card to enter the hotel after 10p. The parking lot is well lit and the views from our room where gorgeous. I will defiantly make this my preferred hotel of choice to book reservations when we come back to...
โThis was my first time in Denver, and my stay at the Renaissance Denver Hotel & Conference Center was fantastic. โI reserved through Expedia including breakfirst as free. But reception didn't recognized every morning and I have to check always before having breakfirst. Furthermore, second time breakfirst is fully charged in my final receipt. I cannot accept and should be fixed correctly. The hotel and Expedia should reply to me ASAP.โ
โThe room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The lady that checked me in and out was very polite and personable. The only thing that was hard was to find a plug to plug my cellphone charger in next to the bed. The plugs in the lamp were blocked for some reason. I found one behind the bed right where my head was. โ
โHotel is in a nice, convenient location In Cherry Creek. The breakfast was great (sausages!). Our check in guy William was super. The only complaint can apply to most hotels--not enough lighting in room or bathroom โ
