"The first thing I am going to say is “there is not any customer service within the hotel”! You have to have codes to get in AND if you call them to get help forget about it! RUDE!! Treated me like I didn’t know what I was talking about , while another couple was waiting outside looking at their phones trying to figure it out! There was dust in the corners of room and papers on the floor! Not sure how anyone would miss it. We liked the hotel but wouldn’t stay again! We would walk over to the restaurant and bar (not affiliated with the hotel)! Amazing food, atmosphere and staff! Rachael was so nice and really took her time with us! BUT these people do not work for the hotel!"
