Very convenient location close to the town and excursions area. They tool care of us from airport pick up to the hotel and back to airport.I will definitely come back and book this hotel.โ
โItโs the warmth and friendliness of the staff that make the place stand out from others. The hotel itself is comfortable, food is good. The only cons I would say is the walk from the reception to your room. If it rains, the ground is slippery but they put a rubber rag to walk in. You only have to make sure to walk on it. All in all, our stay is one of the most comfortable places so far.โ

โWe had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P
The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time.โ
โVery nice hotel, good service with front desk helping us book/organise our island tour, car to airport, and tuk tuk into town. Room was clean, large and spacious and pool was nice during hot days. Breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant was a lovely place to watch sunset. Overall great stay.โ
โPrice and location wise itโs a great deal. Got Bay view room for less than $100 good for 4 nights. But bathroom got some maintenance issues. Small Bathroom, alsoit took some time to drain the water inside. Before you can use it again.โ
