Great hotel. Front desk is always great. Room was perfect. Breakfast is amazing. Biscuits/gravy, sausage eggs waffles and hot coffee. Starbucks next door so thats always a plus.

Staff was super nice and accommodating. One of the best staffs I’ve ever seen very comfortable and clean hotel. Especially for families. We went to a Texas tech game and would stay here again next year

We enjoyed our stay, pool area clean and welcoming. did not have time for breakfast but did see hot items, waffles, and pastries available. just grabbed a muffin and apple for the kiddos. parking area looked safe. overall would stay again.

My daughter and I had a great stay at the Hawthorn Suites. The rooms were spacious, indoor pool was great, and complimentary breakfast was a plus. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. They were going through some remodels during our stay, but it really wasn’t an issue for us. We will stay there again whenever we visit Lubbock.
