Prenotato per la vicinanza al Lido Camaiore per assistere ad un concerto ma, tornando indietro, mi fermerei una notte in più per visitare Lucca. Location comodo e vicino alle mura, personale gentile e colazione buona.

Ottima la posizione e molto gentile e disponibile il personale, ma purtroppo sia la pulizia della stanza(specialmente del bagno) che la colazione mi hanno lasciata molto delusa. Spero che queste carenze siano dovute al fatto che dal giorno dopo la struttura chiudeva per ferie, ma non posso nascondere che la cosa mi ha amareggiata.

Gentile Ospite, la pulizia è sempre fatta con dedizione e massima accuratezza, può succedere che ci sia qualcosa da migliorare o non straperfetto e forse lei voleva dire questo. La colazione comprende ogni giorno i seguenti VENTIQUATTRO alimenti (24... per colazione ) : cornetti eccezionali freschi di pasticceria artigianale locale (no congelate, no confezionate), toast formaggio e prosciutto, dolce del momento, yogurt, succo di frutta, burro, corn flakes, cereali al cioccolato, muesli, plum cake, merendine varie, mele, banane, frutta di stagione, miele, biscotti, prodotti per celiaci, latte, cappuccino, caffè, caffe' lungo americano, cioccolate calda al latte, cioccolata calda, macchiato, e altro oltre che qualsiasi cosa a richiesta. Zum Übernachten ohne Ansprüche in Ordnung.

Ich kann die sehr guten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. I Cipressi ist eine sehr einfache Unterkunft....wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, das wohl nur vergeben wird, wenn das Haus ausgebucht ist. Wir nutzten es nur für das Übernachten.. Aber die Sauberkeit war sehr gut, ebenso die Betten

Excelente hospedagem. Os irmãos que gerenciam o hotel são muitos simpáticos. Gabriel (me desculpe se escrevi errado) nos deu boas recomendações, além de ser muito atencioso e amigável. O quarto bem limpo, confortável e espaçoso, café da manhã bom, variedade e qualidade. Passando por Lucca, com certeza nos hospedaremos novamente.

We select the two bedrooms suite . And we had just one bedroom 1 bathroom. Not very clean air conditioning not working, kitchen not for using. Don’t like .

We give you two bedrooms suite with 2 rooms as in your reservation. Bathroom one: ok, problem with the other. Air conditioning work well. Kitchen is a plus for people that stay in winter time and you didn't have the kitchen in your reservation. We like our B&b like the 99% of our guests , as you can see in the more than 700 reviews online.. p.s. Nothing about the parking, the cleanness, the front office, the quiet, the breakfast, the beds? Very good.

Posizionata vicino alle mura, trova in questo aspetto il suo principale vantaggio. Struttura essenziale ma confortevole, personale gentile e disponibile, nei dintorni di trovano facilmente buone soluzioni per la cena.

Breakfast is always at 7-10 in Italy, so when you get up at 6, it's a pain to wait until 8:30. I've always had a kettle in my room but this one had no kettle/tea/coffee etc. Bed was terrible- two single beds put together is not a double bed. Nice people though. Also didn't like it being next to a gun store. That creeped me right out!

All False! This is the typical person who travels the world and would like to teach others how to do their job. At the request of the customer, breakfast is possible at any time, with kindness we meet all customer needs, just ask. Hot water and coffee machine are always present in the special room for everyone, if she wanted a kettle in the room she just had to ask for it. It is our priority to provide comfortable beds, see reviews. Shop? Completely fake, the shop is not part of the structure, nothing to do with our B&B, moreover it is a Hobby shop with fake toy weapons, therefore we kindly recommend an urgent eye examination. Very friendly manager and extremely helpful. The hotel is so close to the center and yet so quiet at night. Breakfast was good enough for me and I eat a lot! Lots of extras like access to beer, wine and water (if you are so inclined). For the energetic there is even bike hire. I whole heartedly recommend Ai Cipressi without hesitation.

Ótima localização - Muralhas

Hotel é muito bem localizado muito perto das muralhas(cidade velha) uma quadra á pé. Os quartos são um pouco antigos, móveis e roupas de cama poderiam ser melhores, mais estava limpo. Possui estacionamento. Café da manhã está bom com boas opções. O atendente super atencioso tentava falar em português/inglês com o google tradutor e deu muitas dicas da cidade.

Ottimo bed & breakfast, pulito, bella camera, peccato il bagno ancora con la vasca datata, parcheggio in loco, posizione eccezionale per visitare Lucca, a poche centinaia di metri dalle mura.

Excellent clean friendly B&B close to the old city

Good clean friendly B&B super close to the old town. We stayed for 2 nights in this B&B. This B&B has a wonderful breakfast to feed visitors of Via Francigena pilgrims for the days ahead, including cheese, meats, eggs and bread as well as cereals, yoghurt, fruit and juice bread? Also they have 100% butter crescents for a decant treat. They offer bicycle hire in Lucca and excellent advise and information on the sights in Lucca. That are very accommodating with luggage storage and assistance. The B&B is right alongside the Via Francigena, for those walking and close to Porta Elisa and the old city for those visiting. It is easy walking distance from the train station, following the outside of the wall. There is a super market close by (maybe 750m) and local bars and pizza restaurants and a gelato shop close and pastry shop next door.

Cher client, la pièce qui vous est affectée dispose d’un système de climatisation indépendant, totalement fonctionnel et efficace. Pendant la nuit, il suffit de réduire le débit au silence. Vous ne pourriez probablement pas utiliser la télécommande correctement. Étant inapte, il aurait dû demander à la réception. Cordialement

Mixed feeling about this B&B

It’s very far from train station and old town center. It’s my fault that I didn’t pay attention that the reception is only open between 3:30pm and 6:30pm. Luckily, we found a cafe bakery next door to enjoy/cool the temperature. The manager is very nice and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. However, the bed cover looks it’s not been washed for a while. That with desk cover were not very clean for sure. There’s a little dead bug under the comforter and bed sheet. Some dried up saliva on one of the pillow cover. The shower curtain was filthy. The shower gel was a very bad quality. Fortunately, I brought my own soap. On the other hand, the breakfast room was bright and shining! It was opulent and refreshing. All the typical good breakfast you would expect were there. There weren’t Hot Dogs or scrambled eggs which we’re totally ok by me. The lady was very friendly and kind. She was constantly preparing the new food and serve on the table. Also, there was bike for rent with 7€ a day. We only got to use it for the late after till the Puccini’s Concert was over. We were able to bike around the town wall for a good sightseeing and exercising. Until they improved the cleaness, I’m afraid that I can’t recommend this lodging.

Spacious but spartan. Shower curtain needs a replacement.

We take this opportunity to clarify some things: The historic center is 500 meters from our structure or 7 minutes on foot so very close. The station is a 15 minute walk away, so really close.
