Filippo,Ci dispiace che non sia trovato bene presso di noi e ci farebbe piacere sapere il motivo per poter migliorare.Le ricordo che la sua prenotazione prevedeva una camera singola senza colazione e le abbiamo dato si una singola ma con letto da una piazza e mezzo, inoltre le abbiamo omaggiato la colazione. Hello Mr. Calla thank you for giving us some of your precious time.We are sorry that you did not find it well with us, but I wanted to clarify a few things: being a b & b and not a hotel with a night porter by law we have the obligation to stay in the structure 6 hours a day, in reality the reception is open from 8 AM to 7.30 PM, if when you came back you could not find anyone sitting at the reception, surely we were busy.She has chosen a non-refundable rate without breakfast, so it is not our mistake to have told her.The terrace is always open, being a door without a key, it was enough to turn the handle, also as regards the towels are changed when customers leave them on the floor as in all hotels.
