“Overall this place was amazing. My only issue was we paid for pool side room but the pool by our room was closed and even worse under full construction. It would have been nice if they asked. Also the free upgrade the advertise it not true, they try to give u a discount on a room so its not free like they are saying, misleading. The staff however 10 out of 10, they were really the only reason I still was able to have a great time.”
