“The hotel was amazing”

“Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the rooms could use some updating. I was locked out of my room for about an hour because the door lock malfunctioned, which was frustrating. Unless you’re interested in becoming a member, I’d recommend avoiding the sales presentations. They took up too much time, especially during a short stay, and took away from my vacation experience.”

“This was a great base to visit Negril & other attractions. We were very well taken care of the staff or outstanding”

“I recently had the pleasure of staying at Wabi Sabi Villa in Lucea, Jamaica, and it was truly an exceptional experience. This villa offers everything you could ask for in a private retreat, including a stunning private pool and jacuzzi for guests to enjoy. The all-inclusive package with a personal chef made our stay even more special, as we were treated to delicious meals in the comfort of our own villa. The rooms were beautifully appointed, and any issues we encountered were promptly addressed...

“Loved everything about this resort.”

“Wow is my description. Beautiful property, I loved the rooms, the bathroom was gorgeous and the 4 poster bedroom and the furniture was lovely. The staff was exceptional.”

“I was really looking forward to stay in this hotel since the pictures looked so nice. Place looks exactly the same as how it looks on picture. As soon as i entered the hotel, workers greeted me with welcome drink. Whole resort is just so nice. I strongly recommend getting spa massage here.”

“The properties clean and safe. Staff were friendly. The Jamaican and Seafood rest were excellent.”

“The staff and resort were Jamazing!! Special shout out to Michelle and Nicholas (our butlers) for an amazing experience.”

“Our experience here was unfortunately not what we expected. Although most of the staff were beyond helpful and kind, the property itself (although advertised as) is not handicap AT ALL. When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking. Steps are everywhere including multiple trip...

“My wife and I stayed at the Grand Lido for a week, Sept 15 - 22. We have been there over 15 times in the past. So sorry to learn of the destruction in late Oct 2025 from Hurricane Mellisa. The country and resorts are still getting back to normal. Understanding that our resort was still healing, we gave special leniency to the conditions and service. Our Butler service was excellent! Our room was clean and well stocked. The restaurants were not quite up to par with prior visits, but.... ...

“Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning.”

“Just good”

“No complaints about any of it. Food portions are very generous and priced well.”

“I will give the hotel property a three star, due to the fact that The amenities are really old as is the hotel. The swimming pool has silver pieces broke in the tub.”
