“The people were amazing, very friendly. Our AC in our room didn't get very cold and all the pools close at 6 pm which is a shame since the main pool was beautiful.”

“We had an amazing few days at this property. Once the trip was booked, a rep named Chantae reached out to see if she can be of service. We chose the birthday decoration package and we were exceptionally pleased with the outcome once it was completed! Upon arrival at the airport, we were greeted and checked in quickly. “We had a swim up pool room and it was awesome! View was absolutely gorgeous and the beach was spectacular. With that said, I’d say you can’t leave the resort unless with a driver/tour. However, the beach is definitely walkable, just be kind and say “No Thank you!” when asked to shop…unless you want to shop!”

“We had an amazing time in Jamaica and loved our stay at the Palms. The laid back, quiet atmosphere among the jungle wildlife was exactly what we needed to relax.
