"My telephone was not working properly and I reported it on more than one occasion. I also arranged for Bell man to pick up my luggage at 4:30 AM and i was waiting until I had to take my luggages down the stairs to meet the cart at 5:30 when I eventually got through to front desk. Aside from that excellent customer service. Everyone was polite and respectful. I Love that!"

This is not for everyone as it is not all-inclusive but you get a nice breakfast and the property is so well maintained with the most incredibly beautiful stretch of beach that seems endless. Several nice places to eat and drink cheaply on the beach and on the road behind the property. BUT the staff is what makes it as well as the most friendly bunch of fellow travelers I have ever met. No snoottiness experienced anywhere we went"

The only con is the entertainment; it is lacking some creativity."
