“Amazing property very beautiful and clean. There was confusion with the restaurants as you get 4 on property but the rest are on the Senses Side which you need to pay extra 30$ USD for. They also close one restaurant every day. The pools also close really early at 6pm, thankfully we had booked the swim out. The food was good and the staff were extremely friendly and kind. Depending on your vacation reason I’d definitely pay the extra money to stay on the adult only side if you’re traveling alone...

“Amazing book platinum you’ll have the best of the best !”

“Food and drinks were very mediocre. À la carte restaurants promise to accommodate dietary needs but except for one there was nothing available. Restaurant staff could be more helpful. Spa terrible. I have been to other palladium properties the spa was awful. Promised 80min treatment but finished way early. And the treatment was also not what was discussed!! Drinks were all watered down!”

“Stayed there for my birthday and it was wonderful”

“Very good and healthy food!”

“Our experience here was unfortunately not what we expected. Although most of the staff were beyond helpful and kind, the property itself (although advertised as) is not handicap AT ALL. When booking I requested that my Father be assisted with handicap accessibilities. When checking in they informed me his room was on the third floor with no elevator, then charged me to “upgrade” to the first floor. There are no elevators. No golf carts for walking. Steps are everywhere including multiple trip...

“Staff,facility was all great”

“My stay was amazing! Already booked to go back next year.”

“We spent our honeymoon at Sunset at the Palms and it was truly a peaceful and relaxing escape. The resort has a calm, intimate atmosphere, and the beach was always quiet—perfect for unwinding. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Concierge team checked in on us almost every day to make sure we were enjoying our stay, which was much appreciated. The service overall was excellent, and the food was fresh and flavorful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with daily housekeeping...

“I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!”
