“From check-in to checkout the staff was amazing. We enjoyed the decor and cleanliness of the establishment especially our room. Breakfast was delicious and the community table was so nice as we met new friends. This will be our place to stay when visiting Lucea or the surrounding area.”

“This is a good and simple hotel. The property is huge so be prepared for lots of walking or waiting around for a staff member on a golf cart. I loved the huge pool and all the activities like paddle boarding and snorkeling! The buffet was just like any other all inclusive. Only downside is that the staff did not inform us of any events going on during our stay, we found out later on and the lines for check-in/out took so long.”

“We had a great stay. The property is very spacious, so there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your privacy. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily visit again.”

“The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left.”
