“We have stayed at other RIU properties in the past. This one was a disappointment. No room service, no pool drink service, no TV for 3 days, and no phone service the entire time. First night, there was a fight outside our room. We couldn’t call security due to having no phone service. Had to get our friends next door to call. As for entertainment, there is no diversity. “I had such a relaxing time at Grand Palladium. This resort is the definition of luxury. It was big, beach was soft, room cleaned daily, staff very friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait to visit again. The pool was a little dirty but that’s nothing that can’t be fixed.”

“I was really looking forward to stay in this hotel since the pictures looked so nice. Place looks exactly the same as how it looks on picture. As soon as i entered the hotel, workers greeted me with welcome drink. Whole resort is just so nice. I strongly recommend getting spa massage here.”

“This resorts is very beautiful, food great, room nice and clean, beautifully decorated areas. The restaurants food and esthetics of this place is nice. Female staff I would give them 5/10 for customer service. The men i would give 10/10 for customer service. Adrian a manager, crystal, tyreke, Rowan are a few names I remember that make my stay felt wonderful. Everyone should get this experience👍”

“Do NOT book this property. It is not really open, there are broken items all over, the pool is not usable and they literally have a master that will allow them to enter your room whenever they want. They also don’t have front desk staff and they should be officially removed from Expedia. We arrived and promptly left after 30 minutes. STAY AWAY!!!!”

“The staff did not check in on me during my stay after a medical emergency i had on the property. The nurse charged me $55 USD for a nurse assessment but only took my vitals once and that was it. No 2nd set of vitals, no water, nor a limited exam. I was blessed to have ONE housekeeper physically come in and check on me as i was not able to walk. I was laughed at by staff and was not treated well. Will never recommend.”
