“Service at restaurant wasn't great, first day we waites over 2.5 hours fornour dinner. Mext day at the grill, i was ignoresnfor over 15 min, then took over an hour to get our lunch. Appeared that service was only for people they knew as survice improved as staff gotbto know us. Two months before the trip, I had to cancel one night do to flight changes. Still waiting for my refund, despite many calls to both hotel and expedia. Its been 2 months. ”

This is an older hotel, but it’s a very short walk to the beach where you can pull up a chair under the trees and just enjoy the view. It is a little bit of a walk to more of the restaurants and other hotels up the beach, but it’s still a beautiful peaceful spot right in front of this hotel. ”

“For the value and price—— the view is worth a thousand words. Located at the edge of a cliff. We enjoyed being in the balcony pool and hot tub enjoying the many sunsets. Many picturesque settings. The rooms are a little outdated but you are on the countryside of Negril and for some that is what completes the reality of being on the island. The place is central to Rick’s Cafe and 7 mile beach. “Saubere moderne Zimmer. Die Rezeption war nicht ständig besetzt somit gab es bei Problemen kaum einen Ansprechpartner. Das Hotel wird unter verschiedenen Leitungen geführt. So gibt es einen Küchenchef und einen Poolverantwortlicgen usw. Das Frühstück war nicht wie ind der Hotelbeschreibung. Es gab nur Eier und Toast. Nach Beschwerden wurde dann nach 3 Tagen etwas Bacon serviert aber Obst war weiterhin nicht verfügbar. Am Abreisetag war es nicht möglich ein Launchpaker zu bekommen wie...
