“We stayed here for 8 nights for our honeymoon. The room was nice and clean, although they were not straightforward about the room being 2 beds instead of 1 despite paying the $69 room selection fee. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, but the higher-ups were not eager to go above and beyond. There was a complication with getting the complimentary honeymoon package and there was no real effort made to resolve it so we got the special honeymoon dinner and that was it. The beach view...

“All was good but nothing outstanding.”

“no water pressure”

“Good staff”

“Great place to stay!”

“The rooms in the resort were "OK" but the resort itself is old and somewhat outdated. There are many cracks in the walkways and the rooms/buildings are aged. The rooms are good size but the amenities are old. I was not able to get a good night sleep in our bed because the mattress was warped and old. The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. The TV set was old and also needs to be replaced. The voice on the TV was distorted and I was not able to hear the TV very well. The price of the...

“I love this hotel; it's one of my favorite places to stay when I visit Jamaica.”

“The hospitality was so wonderful. The staff makes you feel comfortable and at home. Very friendly and easy to talk to you. The bartender was very flavorful, made a lot nice drinks and kept the drinks coming and the vibe. The cook was so good, very flavorful, colorful and the presentation of each dish was good. The breakfast was a slap your mama. The room are cleaned and freshed with a lot of space. The location is not bad you have a shopping center close by. The hotel is self was beautiful a...

“The overall garden views were nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. I did not like that. They had 2 large pet dogs roaming free on the property. Everyone is not comfortable with the dogs and though they seemed friendly and not bother anyone, I didn’t like that I did that they just walked around and followed you around or just free to come near us. The day of the wedding, the power, the AC alternator going in and out, and the water even went out for a while when the power went out the shower...

“We loved our stay. The room was perfect, had a nice porch area, beautiful meals with the beach view. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely stay again, loved every minute :)”

“The property was super clean and we loved all of the amenities. The only downfall was for some reason our room did not get cleaned during our stay.”

“Wasn’t please with the stay, the yard has a funny smell, also the fan wasn’t blowing any breeze couldn’t stay there had to leave the same day. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Waste of time”

“The room we had was excellent. The little bar on site was was also very cool and welcoming. The only downside keeping me from giving an overall 5-star review was the loud music from the bar that went well into the evening and then into the morning. I would certainly stay again…but I’ll bring the ear plugs next time :-) ”

“Clean room. Beach view was excellent. Staff was very good.”

“The restaurant server was very sweet at breakfast”

“10/10 everything”
