“First thing i loved about the stay here is the breakfast. I did not expect much for the breakfast since it was included, but it was really nice. View was great. Path to my room was just gorgeous. It felt like i was entering the jungle. Only thing i was not happy about the stay was bugs coming inside the room. There is no net on the window to prevent the bugs to come in, so you have to use air conditioner and close the window if u dont want the bugs to come in.”

“I did not have beach view and I did not need it, the room was so close to the beach it was perfect. The included breakfast was delicious and authentic. I am so glad I found this hideaway. The staff were all kind and helpful, from the grounds men, housekeepers, waiting staff and front desk. Ms.Sharly gave me one of the best massages ever, right by my room. If you are looking for a lovely place to stay and you do not need all the fanfare of a large hotel then you couldn't ask for anything more...

“I was looking for a home away from home. Mom‘s places is as close as it gets to a wholesome, calm environment with access to everything you may need. I frequent Jamaica often and stayed in many guest houses in many hotels. I’ve even rented from locals and I will say that Mom‘s place exceeds my expectations. I will be returning every time I come to Jamaica. The price is right and the vibes are memorable. Like waking up to smooth jazz in the morning on the beach. ”

“We stayed here for a week in August. Family of five. The best thing about the hotel is the staff, they are amazing! Professional, welcoming, kind and funny. The food is nice, mostly Caribbean with some international dishes as well. Would have been nice to have some snack options inbetween meals, sandwiches etc as a few times we missed the allocated times. The beach is stunning! White sand and clear blue seas. ”
