“Travellers Beach Resort is right on the beach with an excellent chef and bar staff and very friendly crew. My partner and I had a super relaxing time for our five night stay. Our only criticisms are with inconsistent housekeeping. Our bed was not always fully made, bathroom toiletries never restocked (one small shower gel, shampoo and conditioner doesn’t get far between two people over five nights) and coffee cups left dirty. There was also no duvet cover. It didn’t ruin our stay by any means...

“This was the best resort we’ve stayed at and we’ve been to a ton of islands. From the entire staff- the customer service was amazing. The most polite, friendly and attentive staff. The food was AMAZING! The drinks were top notch also! There was so much to do at night from shows at the piano bar and over on the family side which the adult side had access to. There was also a night club and sports bar if you didnt want to stop your night after the 9 pm shows. Every single room has an ocean view...

“If you're looking for a quite and relaxing vacation, this is the place to be. The property is well maintained, clean and amazing. The views are to die for. The food was amazing and inexpensive. The staff were friendly, understanding and very attentive.”

“All the staff except for front desk was very helpful and sweet. Housekeeping informed us on day 1 that the spare key to our room was lost so she couldn’t clean our room. It took 4 days of asking at front desk and finally tracking down management ourselves to solve the issue. They compensated us with a free meal which was very appreciated. “Saubere moderne Zimmer. Die Rezeption war nicht ständig besetzt somit gab es bei Problemen kaum einen Ansprechpartner. Das Hotel wird unter verschiedenen Leitungen geführt. So gibt es einen Küchenchef und einen Poolverantwortlicgen usw. Das Frühstück war nicht wie ind der Hotelbeschreibung. Es gab nur Eier und Toast. “The property is amazing, our room was a swim out and it was perfect. We would open our balcony and just be in our pool. All the other pools are also perfect! The beach is not wavy and very warm water. The food is really good. But if I need to choose one thing, that would be the staff. “Way to loud. There was a special concert provided mostly for locals the night we stayed. We were prepared for loud music til midnight or 2 am, but it was loud until past 4 in the morning. They should have had security get people to quiet down so the paying hotel guests could get a little sleep. I will never stay there again.”
