“Travellers Beach Resort is right on the beach with an excellent chef and bar staff and very friendly crew. My partner and I had a super relaxing time for our five night stay. Our only criticisms are with inconsistent housekeeping. Our bed was not always fully made, bathroom toiletries never restocked (one small shower gel, shampoo and conditioner doesn’t get far between two people over five nights) and coffee cups left dirty. There was also no duvet cover. It didn’t ruin our stay by any means...

Nestled in an art deco style, it is perfectly maintained, with a stunning sandy beach set among gentle shade, palm trees, and other local vegetation. The water is calm, with almost no waves—sometimes a bit shallow, but every place has its trade-offs. “I will not recommend anyone to stay at the property. The rooms are old smells and full of mole . You have to pay for everything even a bottle of water my fridge was not plugged in and my food spoiled. My microwave was not working and most importantly the only give me 1 towel and 1 wash clothe per day. I paid $900 and this was my worst experience ever ”

“All the staff except for front desk was very helpful and sweet. Housekeeping informed us on day 1 that the spare key to our room was lost so she couldn’t clean our room. It took 4 days of asking at front desk and finally tracking down management ourselves to solve the issue. They compensated us with a free meal which was very appreciated. Front desk staff ignored our requests to copy our key for housekeeping. To me, front desk is a weak link in the chain of customer service here. Otherwise,...

“Resort was really great. It's huge and so much to do. They really have everything you can think of, multiple pools, tons of restaurants and dedicated areas for the kids and lots of entertainment every single night. The food was great. Our room was amazing (we got the swim out - highly recommend 10/10). The Staff was very nice, friendly and super helpful throughout our entire stay. We can't wait to go back next year!”

“Saubere moderne Zimmer. Die Rezeption war nicht ständig besetzt somit gab es bei Problemen kaum einen Ansprechpartner. Das Hotel wird unter verschiedenen Leitungen geführt. So gibt es einen Küchenchef und einen Poolverantwortlicgen usw. Das Frühstück war nicht wie ind der Hotelbeschreibung. Es gab nur Eier und Toast. Nach Beschwerden wurde dann nach 3 Tagen etwas Bacon serviert aber Obst war weiterhin nicht verfügbar. Am Abreisetag war es nicht möglich ein Launchpaker zu bekommen wie...
